In October, Dr McLean visited Dr Patrick Denard at his Surgical Centre in Oregon, USA. Dr Denard is an internationally-renowned shoulder surgeon, who is involved with the innovation and development of new shoulder anchors used in the management of shoulder rotator cuff tendon disease; as well as a new shoulder replacement system.
These cutting edge systems are not yet available in Australia, but will hopefully be released in early 2020.
